Tavora Gallery is an online retailer in Indore, Madhya Pradesh and our catalogue is frames & wall art, sold across India.
What we sell we have bought. We are not a manufacturer and claim no authorised-dealer status with anyone.
How an order is formed
Your order is an offer; the contract forms at dispatch . Before that we may decline: a stock shortfall, a pricing mistake, or an address we cannot verify.
Where an order is declined after payment, we refund in full.
Descriptions and photographs
Descriptions come from our suppliers and from inspecting the stock — photographs show the actual product, though colours shift between screens and dimensions are approximate unless stated. A materially inaccurate listing is grounds for a return under our return policy.
A note on this category
Frames and prints are sold at the sizes stated. Print colour depends on the paper and on the screen you viewed it on, and mounts and glazing are as described on the individual listing.
Prices
We price in Indian Rupees and add delivery, visibly, at checkout — we may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. Where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we contact you before proceeding.
Site use
- Do not use the site unlawfully, or in a way that disrupts it for other people
- Our photographs, product descriptions and page copy are not for commercial reuse
- Keep your account details private — orders placed through your account are your responsibility
Limits of liability
What we owe you is the goods as described, plus the remedies our shipping, return and cancellation policies set out — so far as Indian law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing here limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Other than as the law requires, no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose apply beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 Any dispute is for the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
