Here is what we hold about you, and why, together with your rights over it.

What is collected

• Log data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device type
• Name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so an order can reach you
• A list of your previous orders, used to handle queries and returns

We hold no card or banking credentials — UPI payments happen inside your own banking app and Cash on Delivery is settled with the courier, so those details never pass through this website.

Why we need it

So we can dispatch, reply, process returns, and satisfy Indian tax and consumer record rules . We neither profile you for advertising nor sell your details.

Who your details reach

The courier delivering your parcel, plus our hosting and email providers — nobody else . Each acts on our instructions only. Disclosure to authorities happens only under legal obligation.

Glass-fronted frames are photographed as they are packed, and those photographs are held against the order for a short period in case of a breakage claim.

How long data stays

We retain orders and invoices for the period the law sets . Closed enquiries are removed, and no data is hoarded.

About cookies

The basket and login need cookies to work; beyond that we only count page views . Blocking them in your browser is your call, but checkout stops working.

Your address is not added to any mailing list . Everything we send relates to an order you have actually made.

Your rights over this data

Access, correction and erasure are yours to request under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), except where retention is legally required Address the request to our Grievance Officer, below, and we answer within a reasonable period.

Access and encryption

HTTPS covers the site, and only the staff who pack orders can open order records — no system is perfect, and if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority.
