Cancelling before dispatch

Nothing is charged to cancel while the parcel is still in our hands — and since we pack to a 3:00 PM IST cut-off, the sooner you tell us the better.

After the parcel leaves

A collected parcel cannot be pulled back . Use the return policy instead — 10 days from delivery.

Refund timing on a cancellation

Where UPI payment was taken and the order is cancelled before dispatch, reversal takes 5 to 7 working days, per the Reserve Bank of India’s stated timeline.

Nothing is charged on a Cash on Delivery order cancelled before dispatch, so there is nothing to refund . No cancellation fee is levied either.

Cancellations from our side

Now and then the cancellation is ours . Damaged stock, unserved pin codes and unverifiable details are the usual causes; the refund is always full.
