Charges

delivery costs nothing once an order reaches ₹999 ; beneath the threshold the charge is a flat ₹49 per order.

Choosing Cash on Delivery adds nothing to the total.

When it will arrive

an order spends 1–2 business days with us before it leaves ; delivery itself takes 3–9 business days across most of India.

The daily cut-off is 3:00 PM IST, and orders placed later go out the following working day.

These windows are typical, not contractual . A festival week or a washed-out road adds time, and we pass on whatever the courier tells us.

Which addresses we serve

We deliver within India only . Forwarding services are not accepted either.

Our couriers do not reach every pin code — if yours is one, we contact you and refund in full rather than leave the order sitting.

Tracking your parcel

Collection triggers a tracking email, though the first scan can be several hours later. Write to [email protected] or call +91 8370005755.

Damaged, wrong or undelivered parcels

Record the parcel as you open it. A damaged, wrong or missing item reported with that video inside 48 hours of delivery is replaced or refunded by us, return courier included.

When the courier gives up after its attempts, the parcel is returned to us — we re-send once you confirm a corrected address, and the flat delivery charge applies again on that second attempt.
